How It Works

Treasury management in its most traditional role is cash management.  Cash Management is fundamentally managing the timing of cash flow coming in and cash flow going out.  We constructed a personal cash flow timeline to help illustrate the bill paying process:

How We Pay Your Bills:

1. The client’s bills are sent to the TreasCore Processing Center, scanned, and posted to their account for the current bill payment period.

2. The total amount due for the period is calculated as bills are recieved.

3. The client can change the amount to be paid or submit a vendor dispute for each bill.  If there are no changes or if the client did not provide any other payment instructions, the minimum amount due will be paid.

4. An email is sent to notify the client that all bills have been received for the period and of the total payment amount.  The client's account is then debited through a secured connection the following business day for the total amount due.

5. Your bills are paid!
