Banks and other bill pay sites only offer partial bill pay solutions. TreasCore is the only company that truly removes the burden of handling monthly bill payments.  Banks and other bill pay sites offer the ability to issue payments online, but you're still required to keep track of when you need to initiate your payments and to track and manage all of the paper bills that come to your house.  By receiving your bills online and allowing TreasCore to manage the bill payment process, we provide the only completely hands-free bill pay solution available in today's market place.

Getting Set Up

Getting started is easy.  We made the set up process as seamless as possible:

1. Choose which service fits you best, either Full-Service Bill Pay “With” or “Without Analysis”.  Please see the Services page for more information.

2. Complete your online enrollment with TreasCore or call to set up a meeting.

3. We will then schedule a time for you to talk with our setup team.  During this meeting/call our client services team will determine the best way to setup your account and go over your preferences.  (Basically, we figure out what bills you have, when they are due, and the best way to pay them.)

1. Once you have enrolled online you will be emailed a “New Bill Registration Form” and a "Direct Debit Authorization Form."  You will also be emailed a limited power of attorney that will need to be signed, notarized and returned.

2. We will need copies of your bills, or complete billing information (found on the New Bill Registration Form), so that we can begin paying those bills and changing the billing address.

3. We also collect the last 4 digits of your social security number and your date of birth up front.  This data makes it easier for TreasCore to manage vendor disputes and the change of address process.

You will receive a FedEx envelope to send back the copies of your bills, new bill registration form, and the limited power of attorney.  You may also choose to fax or scan and email back these documents. Fax: 1-727-483-7723 Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

There are two ways TreasCore can receive a bill: paper copies through mail or electronically.  If you choose to redirect the paper bill to us we will need the vendor’s name, billing address, account number (if applicable) and other pertinent information as indicated on the New Bill Registration From.  If you choose the electronic bills option, your vendors will be notified to provide your bills electronically and will be obtained from your online account.

Start with as few or as many bills as you like.  You select which bills you want to receive and/or pay through TreasCore.

The TreasGuard system is proprietary software that allows you to manage all your bills from one location.  If you choose the Full-Service Bill Pay ‘With Analysis’, the TreasGuard system also allows you to view monthly reports and budgets.  When you enroll you will be required to create a username a password to log in.

Each Personal Treasury Professional or PTP is a highly trained employee that will assist you through the set up process and will handle your account going forward.  You will be assigned your own Personal Treasury Professional.  Although you will primarily work directly with this person, other team members may contact you to service your account from time to time.  TreasCore reserves the right to change your PTP from time to time.  Please visit our Personal Treasury Services: Benefits and Personal Treasury Services: Added Value pages for more information.

We will do our best to change all billing addresses using the limited power of attorney provided without getting you involved.  There are times when companies will not let us do this, in which case our clients have to make a phone call or send a letter.  This typically happens with credit cards, mortgage and investment statements.  TreasCore will facilitate this process with you if it arises.

For any new bills after the initial set-up, you will need to provide the information located in the New Bill Registration Form to TreasCore.  TreasCore prefers a copy of the mailed statement from the vendor, this copy should include most of the data needed.  TreasCore will provide postage-paid envelopes that you can use to mail bills/statements to TreasCore.  These envelopes will come with a New Bill Registration Form, please make sure all the data requested on the form is available for the bills you are sending.  If TreasCore receives a new bill without all the requested information, we cannot guarantee a timely payment of that bill.

We will do our best to resolve issues on your behalf with vendors using the limited power of attorney provided.  Vendor disputes can be requested by you or will be initiated by your PTP when the need arises.  In many cases TreasCore is unable to fully resolve the issue; in these cases your PTP will contact you with the final steps you will need to take to resolve the issue.

While disputing a specific item or charge, you will need to determine what amount you would like to pay and inform your PTP.

Bills will begin to be paid through TreasCore as soon as we have completed your initial set up.  After we receive what is needed from you, the initial set up is considered complete.

Funding Your Account

1. During set up, you will choose which checking account will be your Primary Funding Account to fund your bill payments.  We will auto debit from your checking account monthly, bi-monthly, every two weeks, or weekly.  Our preferred method is bi-monthly; however, we give you the option to select the frequency to match your payroll if so desired.

2. You will also be able to deposit one lump sum that will be pre-determined based on your needs.  You will be required to maintain a minimum balance that will be equal to at least one month’s average bill amount.  Once you have hit this floor level you will be notified to replenish the funds.

All clients’ funds drawn for bill paying purposes will be deposited into your TreasGuard Account.  The funds will then be disbursed from this account to pay your bills.

Once enrolled, your account will be charged with an initial set-up fee equal to one month service of your selected pricing option.  Once set up, the fee is due on a monthly basis and is automatically debited from the account.  Please visit our Services page for more information on our monthly pricing.

Yes.  Currently, United States banking regulations limit the number of transactions that can be made from a savings account.  TreasCore works with any transaction account that provides check-writing privileges.

TreasCore’s preferred and current method of payment is through the direct debit of your checking account.

We expect our clients to deposit enough money monthly to cover their monthly expenses.  This is done by TreasCore drawing funds from your designated bank account at the frequency chosen during the initial set up.  This is the account that was defined by you during your enrollment.  Your set up contact with TreasCore will work with you to determine the monthly draw amount and the start date for the first draw.

Per your contract, we can only guarantee payment of bills if there are sufficient funds available in your bank account.  We attempt to pay all bills at least 10 business days in advance.  If funds are not available in your account at that time, we will notify you to make arrangements to deposit additional funds.  If funds are not deposited into your account within 3 working days, then said bills will be returned to you for payment and the payment guarantee for those bills will be void.

As long as you provide sufficient funds to cover, we pay all bills unless notified not to.

TreasCore can send you reminder email notifications that your payment is due and this will give you the ability to make sure your funds are in the account.

You can choose to set up auto-withdrawals through TreasCore.  If you choose to have certain bills paid through an auto-withdrawal, you must keep sufficient funds in your account equal to the amount of your total auto-withdrawals at all times.  We will notify you if your bill pay balance falls below this level.  If sufficient funds are not kept in your account at the time of the auto payment, TreasCore cannot guarantee payment of the bill.

You can change your bank account through the TreasGuard system.  You may also choos to contact your Personal Treasury Professional for assistance.

Reports & Electronic Bills

TreasCore can create reports utilizing the transactional data (debits and credits) from your checking and/or credit card accounts.

You have the option to 1. provide copies of your account statements 2. download the data monthly and e-mail to TreasCore or 3. provide TreasCore with online access to your account(s).

1. If you choose to only provide copies of your account statements, TreasCore will be required to manually enter your transactional data into the TreasGuard system.  Your monthly service fee includes transactional data for one account to be entered manually.  For each additional account manually entered into the TreasGuard system our hourly rate will apply.

2. You may also provide the data in a format that will import to Quicken, QuickBooks, or Money on a monthly basis.  However, our preferred format is Excel (xls).  If this option is chosen you must download the data monthly and e-mail to TreasCore.

3. If you choose to provide TreasCore your usernames, passwords and other required information for your credit card, bank account, and other online accounts, the need to e-mail TreasCore monthly transactional data is eliminated.  If this option is selected, you may also choose to have bills sent electronically to TreasCore; thereby eliminating the need to change your billing address.  Also, if this option is selected, we will be able to record transactions mid-month so you can experience better budgeting notifications.  Upon request, TreasCore will assist you in establishing online user names and passwords for such accounts.  TreasCore will only use this information to securely download transactional activity so that we can produce your monthly reports.

You can provide the data in a format that will import to Quicken, QuickBooks, or Money on a monthly basis.  However, our preferred format is Excel (xls).

Yes, TreasCore will allow you to export to Microsoft Excel CSV format.

Yes, you have the ability to securely store all your account login information from one location in the TreasGuard System.  Each account stored will have a link to the online account, and once clicked it will bring you to your sign in page.

TreasCore does not have access to your online accounts unless you grant it to us.  If you do choose this option, TreasCore only has access to your checking account in order obtain transactional data for reporting purposes.  TreasCore will not access your checking account without your authorization.

No, when you enroll with TreasCore, and any time afterwards, you can choose to have bills sent to TreasCore electronically.  TreasCore will assist you in notifying your vendors to send your bills, either electronically or by mail, to your TreasGuard account for online delivery in the Bill Center.

1. We can have bills sent electronically by email, which are generated by the vendor and sent to us.

2. If you choose to provide TreasCore with online access to your account(s), we can log in to your online account to obtain the online bill.

If you choose the electronic bill option, you may continue to receive your paper statements at home - or, depending on your vendor's capabilities, have the paper turned off at your discretion.  Enabling TreasCore to securely retrieve e-bills from your vendor’s Web Site eliminates the need to change your address on file with that vendor and redirect your paper bill to the TreasCore Processing Center.

Maintaining your home address on file with the vendor is especially advantageous for credit card vendors, as you won’t need to remember your TreasCore billing address when conducting online shopping transactions.  You won’t need to worry about distinguishing between your mailing and shipping addresses, or being asked to provide this extra information in order to verify your identity with the vendor. Furthermore, all non-bill related information (such as replacement credit cards or announcements of special sales) from e-bill-enabled vendors can be mailed to you directly at your home or service address.

If you choose to utilize the paper bill option your mailing address will have to change to TreasCore’s Processing Center.

Bill Paying Process

Electronic bills are posted immediately to your account. Paper bills are scanned and posted to your account within 24 hours of receipt.

Your original paper bill is stored for 30 days from the day of receipt, after which it is shredded for security purposes and recycled.  Paper bills received from your vendors are converted into electronic form within 24 hours from when they are received at the TreasCore Processing Center.

Bill summary and transactional information is available for 24 months online.  Bill images are maintained online for 24 months from the date the bill is posted online.  After 24 months, your bill images are archived offline for another 12 months at which point they will be deleted from the system.

We will pay each bill as initially set up unless stated otherwise.  You have complete control over whom you are issuing a payment to, the exact payment amount, when the payment should be sent or whether to pay the bill at all.  If you have a flat fee or regularly occurring bill that you would like to have paid each month, TreasCore can be instructed to do it for you automatically.

TreasCore will pay the minimum amount due if there is no change.

Payments are issued electronically or via paper checks, depending on the vendor's capabilities.  Both electronic payments and paper checks always include remittance information, ensuring that your vendor can accurately record that a payment has been received for your account.

You can use TreasCore to pay anyone with a U.S. mailing address. Some vendors may be a little more unique, such as a neighborhood lawn service or a friend you wish to give a gift check.  To add a new vendor, please submit the New Bill Registration Form.  Please note: certain payments, such as tax payments to the IRS are discouraged, but may be scheduled at your own risk.

You can choose to stop a payment up until 12 midnight EST on the night prior to the day you have designated for your payment to be sent.  For example, if you have designated that your payment should be sent out on the 10th, you can stop the payment up until midnight EST on the 9th.  You cannot stop a payment on the designated day a payment is to be sent.

Some merchants (particularly online merchants) ask for a billing address to confirm a credit card payment.  If you have redirected a paper credit card bill to TreasCore, the TreasCore PO Box associated with the TreasCore Processing Center is your valid billing address.

Additional statements and information that come to our Processing Center will be filed in your “current month” folder, except for the items noted below.  All “current month” folders will be scanned and e-mailed along with your monthly reports.

  • Junk mail (flyers, credit card applications, etc) will be shredded on site.
  • Physical items, such as credit cards or insurance cards will be mailed to your home address.  An e-mail notification will go out notifying you that these items are in the mail.  If you do not receive these items, you will need to contact TreasCore.
  • Paperwork needing immediate attention will be scanned and e-mailed to you.  The originals will be filed in your monthly folder.
Any non-bill notices, such as a rate change, will be scanned and delivered through the TreasGuard system.  Account-related items sent to TreasCore, such as a calling card, are immediately forwarded to your home mailing address.  All other items received, such as merchandise ordered online, cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.  Please be sure to indicate your home as the shipping address when ordering items online, through catalogs, etc.

Any checks received will be deposited into your bill pay bank account unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.
